Peach and Berry Cobbler

This peach and berry cobbler recipe is made in an old-fashioned Dutch oven and cooked on the Big Green Egg.

  1. 16 ounces of sliced peaches
  2. 18 ounces blackberries
  3. 18 ounces raspberries
  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
Dough Mix
  1. 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 stick butter
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  1. Mix dough ingredients into a clumpy mix. In your Dutch oven, add the fruit. Mix well and top with the dough clumps. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Put lid on Dutch oven and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Let rest and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
